Does Eternal Stationery provide free invitation and product samples?

 

Unfortunately we cannot provide free samples.  Most of our items come in units of 1, which enables you to purchase sample sheets to be able to mix and match.

 

 

Are you open to the public and can I pick up my order?


To keep product costs down, Eternal Stationery are not open to the public and trade only as an online store. This enables us to have prices as low as 10-50% off the recommended retail price, allowing you to purchase affordable stationery. For this reason we also do not allow pick ups from our studio. If you need your stationery urgently, we can arrange next day delivery, depending on your location. Please contact us to arrange Express Post. We do however, have our range showcased in Stores around Australia. Please email us to see if there is one near you.

 

 

Do you charge GST?


No, Eternal Stationery is not registered for GST so therefore does not charge GST on any of our orders. We are a genuine Australian Business and our ABN is
88 078 076 093.

 

 

Do you delivery world-wide?


No, Eternal Stationery delivery to any area within Australia which is reachable by Australia Post. We also delivery to Tasmania. At this stage we cannot expect orders from other countries.

 

 

What are the time frames?


Personalised Event Stationery such as Invitations, Place Cards etc... must be placed at least 6 weeks in advance of the required delivery date. Urgent orders may incur a 20% extra charge on top of total price payable. When this may be applicable, client will be advised before placed into production. For products ordered off the shopping cart such as paper, envelopes, buckles etc... usually are delivered within 2-5 business days upon receipt of payment. If there are no items in stock, you will be notified and have the choice to wait for them to arrive or cancel your order. You will also be refunded accordingly.

 

 

I like the "Rachel" Invitation but I want to change the colours, am I able to do this?


Yes, this is possible. You will need to discuss this with your consultant. This can be done before or after you place your order. Most times there is no extra charge.
