1. Copyright
All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Eternal
Stationery. Under no circumstances can anything be reproduced in
whole or part or stored without written permission. Under no
circumstances can you re-sell any part of our products without
written permission beforehand. Eternal Stationery holds
ownership and copyright on all designs.
2.
Privacy
Personal information provided to Eternal Stationery
(including guest lists) will under no circumstances be given to
third parties, unless it is necessary in the normal course of
business, e.g. credit card processing with PayPal, or such
release is required by a court of law.
3. Samples
Samples are sent to you by surface mail. Samples cannot be
altered. They come standard, with made up details and are
intended as a guide only.
4. Proofs
- A PDF proof
showing the layout and spelling of your wording will be send to
you via e-mail within 2-3 working days upon receipt of full
payment and submission of guest information. Changes or
corrections to your proofs will be issued via email and a final
black & white proof along with the terms & conditions will be
emailed to you. They need to be printed, signed and returned to
Eternal Stationery via post or fax within 7days. If the final
proof is signed off and returned to Eternal Stationery and the
client wants to change something or notices an error before
production then the proofing process will continue again. If it
falls after production, stationery is
to be reprinted at the client’s expense. It is the client’s
responsibility to check all copies are correct. Ensure that all
text supplied is as final as possible, we allow for one set of
text amendments at proof stage. Once your approval has been
received, your job will start production and posted out to you
(a timing estimate will be sent to you upon approval).
Final responsibility for approving all information rests
with the client. A confirmed signed approval by the client
agrees the order, layout and text of the proof is correct and
final, changes after this will incur an additional charge.
Client errors that have been approved on the final proof
will only be reprinted at the client's expense. If the client
receives an item that has been misprinted from the signed proof
(a mistake made by Eternal Stationery) it will be re-printed and
posted ASAP at no additional charge.
5. Payment Terms
As each job is printed on a made-to-order basis, full
payment is
required before work can commence on your job.
Two methods of payment are available.
- Credit Cards – Using our online shop
- Direct Bank Deposit - Using an order form
Our
online store uses PayPal to accept immediate payments. You do not
need to be a customer of paypal to use this
payment term.
- PayPal to finalise your shopping cart. Online we accepted
Visa and MasterCard. Please note: for all credit card
transactions "ETERNAL STN" will show up on your statement.
Clients must pay for any statement dispute fees immediately as
notified.
- If you do not wish to complete your transaction with PayPal,
you can download the Order Form or email us with the details or
your order.
- All Do It Yourself orders need to be paid in full before
being shipped. Orders paid by direct deposit will not be sent
until funds are cleared. If your products are printed and
assembled by Eternal Stationery you are required to pay in full
prior to the commencement of production.
6. Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to
availability and can change without notification. Sizes and
designs may change over time. Please confirm pricing with your
order.
- In the instance of additional alteration charges being
incurred,
your order will be held from delivery until payment of these
have been made.
All prices are subject to change without notification.
Eternal Stationery reserves the right to charge at current rates
for additional costs incurred as a result of any variation from
the agreed original price.
7. Deadlines
Please allow between 2-6 weeks from after the proof stage to
despatching your order (Times vary depending on your order
quantity and whether it is the busy season. Usually 2 weeks is
more than enough for or It is important that you book your order
in 8 weeks before your prior to payment to ensure that we are
able to meet your deadline. Urgent orders may require an
additional loading fee depending on scheduling and client
request. We will advise if this is applicable to you.
Overtime charges may apply if Eternal Stationery is required
to meet a reduced deadline as imposed by the client
8. Alterations
No changes will be accepted after we receive the signed
approval of the final proof. Any further changes may incur an
additional charge.
9. Printing
As all stationery text is printed digitally it is possible
that small colour variations can occur between each piece. This
is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the
printing process. Stationery can not be refunded or returned
because of normal printing effects. We take pride in the quality
of our work and assure you that all of our stationery is printed
to the highest professional standards. Envelopes are not
printed.
10. Variations
Eternal Stationery will not be held liable for the real
product being slightly different from the picture shown. Due to
most items being handmade a variation may occur between items,
finishes and colours. Onscreen colours may appear slightly
different, depending on your monitor settings.
11.
Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. For Do It Yourself
packs and materials the order will be sent with the out of stock
item being sent as a backorder at no extra cost to you.
Layouts & designs may change over time. DIY Stationery is
subject to availability.
12. Writing on Stationery
If you are writing on the invitations it is advisable to
test the pen you are planning to use first to avoid smudging and
double printing. We recommend that you allow at least 5-10 spare
invitations in your order quantity to allow for calligrapher
errors.
13. Cancellation of Order
After payment is received for orders that need to be made by
Eternal Stationery, they cannot be cancelled expect upon the
terms which will compensate Eternal Stationery for cost
incurred. This must be done 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of surface mail or
e-mail. No cancellation shall be deemed to be executed unless
such notification is actually received by Eternal Stationery.
14. Refunds
Please choose carefully, Eternal Stationery can not give out
refunds for DIY Stationery
Eternal Stationery can not be held liable for the unlikely
event of goods arriving in a damaged state. All goods dispatched
from Eternal Stationery are check by 2 people and are wrapped
carefully. If you are concerned about this matter please ask
Eternal Stationery to register your post through Australia Post
which covers you for damage or loss (Eternal Stationery will
register your items but it is up to the client to claim loss or
damage through Australia Post). A small fee will also be charged
for this service.
Samples are also non refundable
Refunds on handmade stationery only - If you decide you do
not wish to continue with the order after payment is made but
before the proof stage you will only receive a 90% refund.
Please note, after production has started you cannot receive a
refund.
15. Product Sizes
- Product sizes indicated on this website are approximate
only.
16. Delivery
A postage and handling fee will be charged for all
customers. There will be no pick up and all items will be posted
through Australia Post.
If your items exceed $100 your item will be registered with
Australia Post.
Please note that we
do not accept delivery to PO Boxes. We are not liable for any
damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care
in packaging your order to reach you intact. Eternal Stationery
takes no responsibility for items lost during transition or
damaged upon arrival.
17. Performance – Quality
- Eternal Stationery will process the job as can reasonably be
expected in accordance with Eternal Stationery’s understanding
of the customer’s requirements. Where instructions are
non-specific, the customer authorises Eternal Stationery to make
the appropriate decision.
18. Time Frames
a) Orders must be placed at least 6 weeks in advance of
the required delivery date. Urgent orders may incur a 20%
extra charge on top of total price payable. When this may be
applicable, client will be advised before ordering.
19. Ownership of Photography
a) By supplying images to Eternal Stationery for use in
stationery:
i. You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the
baby/child, or have obtained written consent from the parent or guardian
to use the photos provided.
ii. You certify that you own or have the rights to use any
information or pictures supplied by yourself. Professional
images that are provided to you by professional
photographers are protected by copyright laws and cannot be
reproduced without a signed release form from the
photographer.
b) By supplying images to Eternal Stationery you agree to
hold harmless and to indemnify Eternal Stationery and its
agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may
incur as a result of processing and printing copy written
photographs and reproductions, including any other person
claiming an interest in the photos. Eternal Stationery
reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your
order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone
else’s copyright.
20. Jurisdiction
a) All agreements or disputes arising from this ordering process
shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia
and disputes heard in the State of Victoria, Australia.
