HOW TO ORDER

 

 

DIY Products (e.g. paper, embellishments)

Choose your products through our online store. Add what you want to your shopping cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have finished your shopping, in your shopping cart list press the "check out" button to pay by credit card. (If you wish to continue shopping, click the "continue shopping button. Paypal will remember your order until checkout) .Once payment clears and we will then ship your items to you. (You do not need to be a customer or sign up to PayPal to pay by credit card) If you would like to pay for Bank Transfer please email us the details of your order.

Samples

Eternal Stationery recommends that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order. To order a sample please do as above but only add 1 as the ordered quantity (or how many samples you would like - no more than 5). We will then contact you to customise the sample and send it out to you as soon as possible.

Samples are provided with a generic wording and font. This allows the client to view colour, texture and sizing of the invitation. Samples are generally completed and posted within 48 hours. Please allow time for postage.

DIY invitations (DIY Packs)

Search the online invitations and matching stationery. Find what you want and add it to your shopping cart. To finalise check out you will need a credit card for immediate payment. To pay by Direct Transfer you will need to send us an email with your order details. Once we get your order we will send you an invoice with our bank account details. Once payment clears your DIY packs will be send to you.

Note: Pack comes ready to print and assemble.

Invitations made by Eternal

Search the online invitations and matching stationery. Find what you want and add it to your shopping cart. To finalise check out you will need a credit card for immediate payment. We will then contact you to start the process. To pay by Direct Transfer you will need to send us an email with your order details.  Once we get your order we will send you an invoice with our bank account details. Once payment clears, you will be sent all necessary information relating to your products e.g. guest lists. fonts, wording templates. Once these have been received by Eternal we will send you your first proof. Once the final proof has been signed off and the terms and conditions signatory page has been signed off and returned to Eternal Stationery, we will then start production on your stationery. Once they are finalised you will be notified and your goods will be shipped out.

Note: If you purchase less than 5, they could will be considered samples and will not be personalised.

Time Frames

A design of the invitation wording and layout will be forwarded to you within 2-4 working days. This design then has to be proofed and any alterations made before the order is authorised by you and forwarded back to us. Once we have received authorisation your order will be completed ready for posting within 14 days, depending on how big your order is. For large orders (approx 70- 100 invitations) please leave 20 working days. (This may vary depending on how many orders we have at the time)


From ordering to completion of your Stationery you will need to allow a minimum of 4 weeks (This will usually be shorter). This does not include delivery time. A surcharge will be applied to jobs that are required within a shorter time frame. With Order of Service Covers, Place Cards & Bon Bon Tags, these must be sent 2 weeks prior to your occasion to ensure that you have them on time.
